The N=1 Collaborative (N1C) is an international consortium of clinicians, scientists, drug developers, industry experts, and families working together to enable individualized treatments for ultra rare disease patients. The N1C’s work initially focuses on building a network and infrastructure across which learnings, best practices, and data can be regularly shared so that each new treatment can benefit maximally from the learnings of others.
